Secure the early bird discount now and apply for travel grant

Take the opportunity to register early and benefit from the early bird fee!

The early bird fee is available to all conference participants who register no later than 4 February 2026, 23:59 Central European Time and pay (incoming payment) their conference fee by 11 February 2026 at the latest.

For those who decided late, online registration at the regular fee is still possible until 4 March 2026. After that date, registration will only be possible on site at the conference office.

Young generation scientists with their own conference contribution (poster or talk) can apply for a financial grant for their active participation in the DPG Spring Meeting as part of the WE Heraeus Communication Programme.

The application must be submitted no later than 4 February 2026, 23:59 Central European Time, via the WEH online form.
