The submission of contributions will be possible from 1 Oktober 2025 until 1 December 2025, 23:59 Central European Time. The conference will take place in person and no presentations can be given or viewed online.

All SKM divisions have jointly agreed to limit the contributions (talk or poster) to a single one per presenter. Therefore please submit only one contribution per presenting author.

The authors will be notified at the same time as the programme will be published (on 30 January 2026) whether their contributions have been accepted and when the presentations (talk or poster) will be given.

Conference registration is required for all participants, including those giving oral presentations, presenting posters, or attending without their own contributions.

*Invited speakers will receive a separate invitation link for submitting their abstracts and registering for the conference.

In case of changes or withdrawing of your submitted contribution, please inform the respective contact person of the programme committee of the division or working group to which you have submitted the contribution.
