Scientists prove, that they do not only know complicated experiments or abstract theories from inside out but can also present their research in an understandable and entertaining way with wit, charm and great creativity.

At the end, the applause of the audience decides which presentation was best. The winner takes the Golden Albert home.

If you think, that your research is ready for stage and if you want to take part at the Einstein Slam at the DPG Spring Meeting in Dresden, than apply until 1 December 2025 at Dr. Matthias Mader ( ).

The selected slammers are supportet with preparing their contributions. Further more, DPG covers the journey (within Germany) to Dresden including one night at a hotel and your conference fee.

The next Einstein Slam takes place at Monday, 9 March 2026 at 20:00 in the Audimax of Dresden University of Technology. The slam will be in English.
